If you have a chance to see this movie, do. It's quite a portrait of a steamy, oftentimes violent (either passionate or sadistic) couple, set in the 19th century. The story is masterfully woven and does present yet another facet to "love".
Red Delicious is the title of a dance piece I created years ago in Montreal. That part of my life seems like a long time ago and yet in some ways I haven't moved that far. I reveal to you, Red Delicious, for where I am NOW.

Hi Jo.
I'm hoping you got my e-mails...when it rains it pours.
The Muban (village) I live in flooded today (it's rainy season) so I had to pack my teacher clothes in a backpack, wrap it in a plastic bag, and run barefoot to the Bok Soi (main road) and get a cab...I changed in the back - it was hilarious.
Taking lots of Thai classes, and I can actually speak a little now.
Sawadeekhab!
My spelling is awful.
I thought I'd post here just in case you were blocking my e-mails or something - I sent you an important one about finances.
Keep in touch,
Rob.
